On 6th August 2019 05:30 UTC, Helpshift will be introducing Text Templates feature and it will partially impact the Dashboard.

Impact on Dashboard During the Release

The following pages under App Settings will not be available for 3 hours during the release window:

Configure SDK
Configure Web Chat

All other pages on the Dashboard will be accessible and will continue to work as expected.
