Hello,
On 19 March 2019, Helpshift will be upgrading the Bots features during a 2 hour deployment window that will temporarily impact the Bots settings page in your Dashboard.
How will we be impacted?
Admins will not be able to edit, duplicate and delete Custom Bots. Issues can be assigned to Bots during the maintenance window. There is no impact on Supervisors or Agents.
When will this happen?
UTC: 19 March 2.30 am to 4.30 am PDT: 18 March 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm
