We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Helpshift Server on 11 June 2024, 4:00 AM to 4:30 AM UTC. During this time, users can expect some issues for the following services/components

- Notes
- Languages AI translations
- Pre-issues flow
- Sentiment analysis

Some fetch sentiment requests can fail and will lead to unknown sentiment trend on UI but clicking on the issue should resolve it.
