Helpshift plans to perform routine maintenance of its Network infrastructure on December 19 Dec.
This maintenance work is not expected to cause any downtime in Helpshift service. Your hosted Helpshift instance should continue to operate normally. We do not anticipate any discernible loss of core functions or data loss.

You may observe a slight delay on the Agent Dashboard and requests made to the SDK.
