Helpshift will be launching a new feature update to Predict on July 25th, 2019. It will allow Admins to deploy a separate issue classification model for each app. Separate models can also be created for email issues (across all apps) and web form issues (also across all apps).
Impact on Predict Dashboard During the Release
The Predict Management Dashboard will not be available for 3 hours during the release window. Specifically, the following features will not be available during this time:
Creating new models
Retraining current models
Changing Confidence Threshold
During the release, existing models will continue to operate as normal and label new issues. Other features like enabling/disabling Predict models, agent feedback, Predict-label based Smart Views, Automations, and Advanced Search, and Predict Analytics will also continue to work as expected.
