We identified a degraded performance on the Helpshift Dashboard at 12:39 pm UTC (April 15). The following were non-operational:
- The Full Issue Details page (The page that opens when an issue is clicked on).
- The Agent Availability Toggle.

The issue was resolved at 2:04 pm UTC (April 15). All services should now be operational.
